How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your order to Big Apple Core Store Online within 7 days of the purchase date by visiting the customer service page. Please review the terms and conditions on that page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for the return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

How do I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the customer service’s page within 7 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the customer service page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

Are your goods first quality?

All products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects.

How do I return defective goods?

You may return your order to Big Apple Core store shop within 7 days of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report claims using the returns page.

How long will it take me to get my order?

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 14 days and is not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.

How can I check the status of my order?

Click on the link to My Account in the upper right corner of the page.

I only received one item where is the other?

Because we ship from different warehouses items purchase together may arrive separately.

How can I pay for my order?

Big Apple Core currently accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit cards, and all the popular payment methods.

How can I ship my order?

Upon check out, you can select between various options. We will select the carrier to provide you the best value and service based on your location.

Are you shipping all around the world?

Big Apple Core at this time ships only within the United States of America.

What if I order something and it is out of stock?

We will remove the out of stock items from your order ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.

Is there a minimum order size?

We do not have a minimum order size.

What happens in the event of unsatisfactory/expired/wrong item/missing item?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any item that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected item and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at support@BigAppleCore.com (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories:

1. In the event that the item you’ve received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the item and your D.O (Delivery Order) as well and you may be required to send us back the item for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send an item to you at no cost, subject to availability. The postage cost will be credited back to your account after we receive the returned item.

2. In the event that you receive an expired product, we will require clear photo proof of the item and its expiry date for close inspection and review before a decision is made to re-send an item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

3. In the event that you’ve received the wrong item, we will require photo proof of the wrongly sent item and D.O (Delivery Order) and after reviewing, we’ll re-send the correct item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

4. In the event you’ve received your order with a missing item, we will require you to email us a clear photo proof of your D.O (Delivery Order) to support@BigAppleCore.com Our customer service officers will attend to you to find out more before a decision is made to re-send the missing  item to you at no cost, subject to availability.

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

How can I track my orders and payments?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History.

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your item Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Can Big Apple Core transfer my refund to a new order?

The refund is processed automatically by the system after the order is finished. To protect your fund, the refund can only be returned to your original payment account.

It is out of our scope to transfer the refund to another transaction.

Is Big Apple Core a secure site?

Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. We will never sell or provide your information to an outside party.

Why did I not receive a refund after I see Refund Completed on the order detail page?

Please note that Refund Completed means that Big Apple Core has completed the refund process from our side. Then, the refund process should be followed up by your correspondent bank or card issuer. Some bank or card issuer may need time for fund settlement circle. Normally, it will take 7 to 15 business days for you to get the refund after the order status is Finished.

If you are still unable to receive the refund after the timeline above, please directly contact your correspondent bank or card issuer for more information.

My card has been expired or stolen, can you return the money to a new card?

The refund is processed automatically by the system after the order is finished. To protect your fund, the refund can only be returned to your original card.

If this happens, please contact your bank as soon as possible. Your correspondent bank will help you walk through the process.

Can Big Apple Core transfer my refund to a new order?

I am not satisfied with the product. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can open a dispute before the order is closed. you may follow the below steps to Open Dispute:

1. Sign in to the “My Orders” section of your Big Apple Core account

2. Locate the relevant order

3. Click the Open Dispute button

4. Submit your refund request

Please be advised to open a dispute before the deadline, or the order will be completed.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
